What happens after you reach out
1. We get back to you
Within one business day, by phone or text, to ask a few questions and set a time to visit.
2. We visit your home
Usually within [2–3] business days. We measure, check drainage and access, and talk through what you want. Plan on about [30–60] minutes.
3. You get a quote
A clear scope and firm price, typically within [2–5] business days of the visit.
4. We schedule your project
Once you approve, we handle any permits and HOA paperwork and put your project on the calendar.
Before you request an estimate
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The on-site visit and written quote cost nothing, and there's no obligation to book.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
It helps, because we can talk through how you want to use the space. If you can't be there, we can measure on our own and review the quote with you by phone.
What should I have ready?
A rough idea of what you want, any photos you like, your HOA's guidelines if you have them, and any future plans like a cover, kitchen or hot tub that could affect the design.
How far out are you scheduling projects?
It depends on the season and the size of the job. Current lead time is about few weeks. We'll give you a start date with your quote.
