1. Agreement and scope

These Website Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the K4 Build Group website that links to them (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to the Website only. They do not govern the price, scope, schedule, permits, change orders, payment, workmanship warranties or other conditions of a concrete or outdoor living project. Those matters belong in a separate written quote or construction agreement. A website inquiry or estimate request does not create a construction contract.

2. Website information and estimates

The Website describes K4 Build Group’s concrete patios, driveways, patio covers, pergolas, outdoor living spaces and related work for homeowners in Haslet and nearby North Texas communities. Descriptions, photographs, project examples, service areas, timelines and general answers are provided for information. Actual availability, design, price, permit requirements and schedule depend on your property, requested work, site conditions, approvals and a written proposal.

A “free estimate” means K4 does not charge for the initial on-site visit and written quote described on the Website. Requesting an estimate does not require you to hire us, and we are not required to accept a project until the parties agree in writing. Statements on the Website are not a substitute for project-specific engineering, permitting, HOA, legal or other professional advice.

3. Your use of the Website

You may view the Website and use its contact features for lawful personal or business purposes related to K4’s services. You must not interfere with the Website, try to gain unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape it at scale, impersonate anyone, submit false or unlawful material, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

When you submit an inquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not upload photographs, plans or documents that contain someone else’s confidential information unless you have permission to share them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes arising solely from these Website Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts serving the county where K4’s principal place of business is located in Texas. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us to try to resolve the issue.

9. Changes and general terms

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on the Website. The new version applies from its stated effective date, subject to applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Our delay in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
