Concrete and Outdoor Living Services
K4 Build Group handles the concrete and everything that sits on it, managed as one project from demo through the final walkthrough. Our construction team and our licensed trade partners, coordinated by us, so you have one contractor to call.

Concrete Patios
A patio is the foundation of everything else in the backyard, so it is worth getting right. We pour new patios and replace failing ones, with the base prep, reinforcement, and control joint layout that keeps a slab from cracking in North Texas clay. Broom finish, smooth trowel, stamped, or stained, sized to the furniture and the grill you actually plan to put on it.

Concrete Driveways
Cracked, settling, or simply too narrow. We tear out and replace residential and commercial driveways, add extensions and parking pads, and pour approaches that meet the street cleanly. Thickness and reinforcement are specced to what you park on it, including RVs and work trucks.

Walkways and Sidewalks
Front walks, side yard paths, and connections between the house, the patio, and the pool. Poured concrete, stamped, or paver-set, with proper drainage so water moves away from the foundation instead of pooling against it.

Patio Covers and Pergolas
Custom cedar and steel patio covers, attached or freestanding, plus pergolas and shade structures. Built to real spans, flashed properly where they tie into the house, and finished to match your roofline instead of looking bolted on. Wiring, fans, and lighting can be roughed in during the build.

Complete Outdoor Living Areas
The full build: slab, cover, kitchen, fire feature, lighting and fence, designed and scheduled as one project. This is where managing the whole job matters most, because the pour, the post locations and the utility runs get planned together rather than negotiated between three companies you hired separately.

Decorative Concrete and Overlays
Stamped patterns, acid and water-based stains, integral color, exposed aggregate, and broom finishes. Where the existing slab is structurally sound but tired, an overlay resurfaces it for a fraction of a tear-out and replace.

Pool Decks and Coping
New pool decking, resurfacing, and coping repair or replacement. Finishes are selected for grip and for heat, because a deck that looks right and burns bare feet in July is not a finished job.

Masonry and Outdoor Kitchens
Built-in grills, bars, counters, fire pits, fireplaces, seat walls and retaining walls in stone, brick and block. Gas and electrical that require licensing are handled by the appropriate licensed trade contractor and coordinated through K4 as part of the project.

Fencing
Wood privacy fence, cedar, ornamental iron, and gates, including automatic gate prep. Posts set in concrete to the depth this soil requires, so the line stays straight through a wet spring and a dry August.

Foundations
Slabs and footings for additions, shops, garages and outbuildings. Engineered where the scope calls for it, and managed alongside the finish work rather than handed off.
Workmanship and materials are covered according to your individual project contract and the applicable manufacturer warranties. Financing is available through Enhancify.
